Online purchases are eligible for refund or exchange within 7 days of delivery. At this time refunds/exchanges must be done in store. Mail returns/exchanges are not accepted. Item must be in new condition, unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached. Receipt or proof of purchase required.

Sale items & pre-loved items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for refund or exchange.
Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
